The Pilates classes can be held during work hours, all you need is a space big enough to hold the classes (preferably carpeted). Ideally the classes should run for a minimum of 6 week blocks to allow the participants to learn the Pilates principles and set foundations that can be built on as the weeks progress. For hygiene purposes, participants are to provide their own Pilates / Yoga mat or towel. Mats can be purchased at a discounted price.
